No accounts, no profiles
StockPEG has no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying detail, and we do not build a profile of you. Searches you run are processed and returned; we do not store a history of them against any identity.
Third parties that do track you
Being straightforward about this matters more than sounding private. This site loads two Google services, and both set cookies and collect data about your visit:
- Google Analytics — measures traffic and which pages get read. This involves cookies and the collection of usage data including your approximate location and device.
- Google AdSense — serves the advertising that pays for the site, and uses cookies to select which adverts you see. You can change what Google does here through Google Ads Settings.
Neither of these is under our control beyond the decision to include them. If you would rather not be measured at all, a tracker-blocking extension will stop both.
Browser storage
We keep a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage to remember your preferences — market selection, screener filters, and similar. It never leaves your device and clearing your browser data resets it.
Server logs
Requests to the site are logged, including IP address, in order to detect and block automated scraping. These logs are operational and are not used to build user profiles or shared for advertising.
